Understanding your first bill

Your first bill is likely to be higher than subsequent bills because installation charges are included. Each new service that’s installed will be pro-rated, so that the service falls in line with a particular billing period. The billing period is determined by the date your invoice is produced. So this means that if you’re billed monthly your first invoice includes a part period plus a full month. This is also the same for quarterly or annual billing. Your next invoice will bill for the appropriate period (one month).
