Setting up F-Secure Internet Security

If you've ordered a Voom broadband bundle with F-Secure Internet Security, here's how to get set up:

  1. Once your broadband has been installed, expect to receive an email within 2 weeks from F-Secure with a unique sign up link and instructions
  2. Follow the instructions in the email to set up F-Secure to up to 15 of your devices

What is offered as part of F-Secure?

F-Secure Business Internet Security keeps hijackers at bay by shielding your data from harmful viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware and infected email attachments. It's key features are:

 

  • Virus, malware, and ransomware protection
  • Browsing and privacy protection
  • Banking protection

It is currently available for Microsoft Windows, Mac, and Android and iOS platforms.

How do I purchase F-Secure?

F-Secure is included when you buy a Voom Fibre business broadband bundle, which also includes a digital phone line and Constant Connect with 4G broadband back-up. Once you have purchased the bundle and your broadband has been installed, F-Secure will send you a registration link and install guide within 2 weeks. You will then be able to register up to 15 devices with F-Secure.

How many devices are covered?

Up to 15 devices are included. There is the option to pay for an additional 10 devices (up to 25 devices in total).

How do I redeem F-Secure?

F-Secure will send you a registration link and an install guide within 2 weeks of your broadband being installed.

It has been 2 weeks since my broadband was installed and I still haven't received a registration email from F-Secure. What do I do?

If you purchased a Voom bundle and have still not received a registration email from F-Secure after 2 weeks you will need to contact F-Secure using the methods below:
