Follow these steps if you’re not getting an internet connection.
- Check the configuration of your router, light status and Radius logins according to your manufacturer’s manual. If you can’t find your manual, contact us so we can help.
- If the configuration is correct and you’re still having problems, try swapping the microfilter (image below).
