Great news – we’re freezing our front AND back book
pricing for the whole of the year.
Yes, that’s right. We’re pleased to announce that we will not be raising prices for new business or existing services across our products throughout 2024.
The price freeze applies to all products offered by Virgin Media Business Wholesale and follows on from our recent announcement that our new business rates won’t raise in 2024 at any bandwidth.
The exciting news is designed to give partners confidence when quoting on new sales opportunities and provides reassurance that their existing estate will not be subject to any price increases either.
This also guarantees that the ongoing rental for any installed services bought on an UltimateFlex contract won’t go up in 2024. Partners will continue to receive the contractual flexibility on these circuits, safe in the knowledge that things won’t change.
